Hi,
I'm a PCI advisor, formerly a QSA. Has anyone heard of a QSA that "doesn't like" open source software? I've had a few comments from clients that have said their QSA didnt understand the tools.... My answer, start shopping around for a new QSA!

Might be worth adding Nagios to the list, thats quite a good monitoring tool and can be customised to meet a lot of Requirement 10.
