Had a very bizarre dream last night.
I was half-awake and really struggling with the problem of how to interface my crying daughter to an e-commerce platform for order dispatch confirmations.
Does that mean that I see my daughter as a software system or do I see my software systems as 2yr old’s who keep me awake at night?
You’re not alone. A few years ago I thought my girlfriend was a music player whilst half asleep (and not in a she-plays-the-guitar way), and I got annoyed that I couldn’t work out the user interface.
The other week I had a dream where I tried to integrate myself, but got annoyed that my email address is a pointer to me, rather than an object instance.
Too much computers methinks.
