Thinking about getting a new car, at the moment it’s a toss up between a Land Rover Defender TD5 110, Audi A4 Quattro Tdi 1.9, Audi A4 Quattro Tdi 3.0 or a Audi Allroad Quattro Tdi 2.5.
Anyone had any of the above and got any comments?
Then again, I may just stick with the current Passatt till it falls over
Being ‘green’ wasn’t high on your list (or saving money on your weekly fuel bill?)
It has to be the Landrover of course.
why are you even considering any of the others?

PS, on the barcode thing, istr that there was a little device that you could plug into the printer and it held barcodes on it. the print job contains an escape sequence that tells the device to render the following data as a barcode. then another code that switches it off. google should locate it.
Well as much as I would love a Landrover, whatever I buy will have also to be my main commuting vehicle, and 500 miles a week in a Defender, may not be that comfortable, and also not that fuel efficient
I may get a Defender as a weekend car, but I think the main one is probably going to be a Audi Allroad
